Savory Greek Style Wraps filled with Seasoned Turkey, Peppers, Green Onion and Feta Cheese

Ingredients
3largered, orange or yellow bell peppersany combo of the three you like, diced
1largegreen bell pepperdiced
1bunchgreen onionsdiced
1tablespoonolive oil
2poundsground turkey93% lean
2tablespoonslemon juiceor to taste
1tablespoondried oreganoor to taste
1teaspoonkosher saltor to taste
1/2teaspoonground nutmegor to taste... fresh ground is best
1/2teaspoonpepperor to taste
1cupfeta cheesecrumbled
8largeflour tortillas
Instructions
Dice peppers and green onions.
Heat oil in a large non stick skillet.
Add turkey, cook until turkey is browned, add peppers and cook another 5 minutes, drain in a colander to remove excess moisture or use a large spoon to remove.
Add seasonings and lemon juice, cook about 1 minute.
Remove from heat and stir in feta and green onions.
Cool and wrap in tortillas. These tortillas are by far the best I have found.
