Sometimes you need to change things up. Try something new. While staring into my pantry trying to get inspired, I noticed the 2 large sweet potatoes looking at me that I bought last week.
OK… I get it…. you are wondering “what in the world is a PFC muffin”… There is a good chance if you pop in and read some of my blog posts, that you might find me referring to “eating PFC”. PFC is short for Protein, Fat, and Carbohydrate and when these elements are in balance, so is your blood sugar.
I know it’s winter time and it always SEEMS like that’s when everyone is more susceptible to falling under the weather, so to speak. But what if the weather really wasn’t the issue? I believe other issues play a part…
I like to know the reason why when something doesn’t work….besides the fact that I’m frustrated because I expected a different outcome….I want to know WHY. And besides that, I LOVE stuff that DOES work.
A week or so ago, I did a new workout video. It was the Gin Miller Workout with Weights DVD and I really love her teaching style and moderate pace. I have not been very diligent about working out with weights…bad bad girl…but pretty disciplined with walking on the treadmill on a regular basis.
