I challenge you! Pick one day a week as a “no spending day.”
Small changes can make a big difference, in fact I talk about another clever way to save in this Wellness Wednesday post.
And here’s a thought…what about stashing the money you WERE THINKING of spending aside for a rainy day?
Great advice and sometime try to do as well. Doesn’t always happen but I am pretty good at it.
Polly Hulseman good thing today isnt my no spending day! Lolo
Liz Geeslin you know how much I appreciate you!
Polly Hulseman order done!
Great tip! Love the simplicity of it!
Linda Nelson thanks! Will be fun to see how everyone does!
Working from home, I often have days that I don’t spend anything. Cook at home, eat leftovers, etc.
Lisa Bowers Fantastic!!!
Simple, easy and promotes self discipline. Great idea Liz Geeslin!
Diane Giesy thank you!!
Replay. Hey Liz, great tip. It’s amazing how sometimes we just don’t think about our spending then suddenly we’re forced into lots of “no spend” days to get the bank balance back up. Have a great day and regards from Australia.
Heather Burn thanks and have a great day today! My sis lives in Adelaide!
My no spend day would apply to personal purchases that aren’t necessities (that new dress or pair of shoes ) .
